  • Backstage > Contacts assigned to various Master Data records: Changed logic when trying to delete Contacts which are assigned to various Master Data records to prevent accidentally deleting such contacts for all Master Data records. In the tab "Contacts" in the Master Data editing area the Contact will only be deleted, when there's no assignment to any other Master Data record. Otherwise the contact is just removed from the current Master Data record, assignments to other Master Data records remain intact. In the Master data overview for Contacts, a Contact can only be completly deleted when every Master Data record assignment for this Contact is selected. Otherwise a warning message is issued hinting at other Master Data assignments and refering to the alternative action "Remove Contact from Master Data record".
  • Various minor stability and performance improvements.

  • Finance > E-Invoices: XRechnung 3.0 extends and clarifies the semantics for information about the "Buyer Trade Party". The already existing fields should contain company information only. Additional fields are provided for information about a specific contact person for the invoice. For backwards-compatibility purposes, Backstage kept parts of the previous behaviour since the update in March 2026. With today's update, Backstage now properly separates company information and contact person information as specified by the standard (SUPPORT-22493, SUPPORT-22499).
  • Background Processing: Improved task scheduling algorithm. When there are many tasks in one area (e.g. Media Processing), tasks in other, independent areas (e.g. Printing, sending emails) will be less impaired (SUPPORT-22727).
  • Various minor stability and performance improvements.

Fixed

  • Webshop > Offer media view: Buttons for sorting removed from Offer media views. Media in offers have a defined order, individual sorting is not available, so the buttons never did anything (SUPPORT-22723).
